Are there accommodation facilities nearby for guests

While Oak & Vine does not have on-site accommodations, we partner with local hotels and inns within close proximity to the estate where your guests can comfortably stay. We can provide a list of recommended accommodations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 90 days before the event date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made later than that will forfeit the deposit to cover lost bookings and preliminary expenses.

Do you have options for indoor and outdoor events?

Yes, Oak & Vine offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Our vineyard garden and patio areas are ideal for outdoor ceremonies and receptions, while our elegant ballroom and barn can host spectacular indoor celebrations.

Is there a backup plan in case of bad weather for outdoor events?

Yes, we have covered and indoor spaces ready to host events if the weather changes.
